Fitness regime : Being irregular at the gym. I like to mix up my work out, which involves a lot of cardio, and some yoga, body balance and ABT classes.

Diet plan : I eat whatever I like, but I make sure to do so in moderate quantities. I'm lucky, as I love all healthy foods.

Beauty tips : Drink lots of water, moisturise every morning and evening. Use a good lip balm. Use a besan and haldi pack once a week. And I never wear make up except when I am working.

Style statement : I wear what I am comfortable in and never try to follow trends blindly. I like clean, classic lines and never accessorise too much.

Success mantra : Confidence and a professional attitude work. Punctuality is key.
