Diet plan : I don't really have a diet chart chalked out. I believe in eating small portions. My meals are spread out over four courses everyday. Simply eat healthy, keep healthy and workout regularly.

Fitness regime : Daily yoga and dancing. Dancing works best for me, and I feel it is the best way to keep you fit and healthy.

Beauty tips : Drink a lot of water. It keeps your skin glowing.

Style statement : I wear what I feel comfortable in and never go by the current fashion trend.

Success mantra : Think about your goal in life at least once everyday and work towards it. Be patient and wait for it to come true.

Fitness regime : I do a combination of cardio and light weight training three to four times a week. I also swim during the summer months and try to play squash or badminton whenever I can.

Diet plan : I eat everything and don't really follow any strict diet plan. Ideally, I would like to cut down on carbohydrates and eat more vegetables.

Beauty tips : Removing your makeup at night is a must; it lets your skin breathe. Besides, drink a lot of water and use sunblock before stepping out of the house.

Style statement : Fun, flirty, casual. But when the occasion demands it, I go all out!

Diet plan : I eat whatever I like, but I make sure to do so in moderate quantities. I'm lucky, as I love all healthy foods.

Beauty tips : Drink lots of water, moisturise every morning and evening. Use a good lip balm. Use a besan and haldi pack once a week. And I never wear make up except when I am working.

Style statement : I wear what I am comfortable in and never try to follow trends blindly. I like clean, classic lines and never accessorise too much.

Success mantra : Confidence and a professional attitude work. Punctuality is key.
