Actress Neha Dhupia on beauty...
Skin-tillating!
My skin care regime has been the same for years now. I keep my skin clean and moisturised. While shooting, my skin has to put up with severe make up and lights for hours at a stretch. So I am obsessive about taking my make-up off as soon as I am done. Baby oil works miracles for removing make up and nourishing my skin at the same time. When I am not shooting, I stay as far away from make up as possible and let my skin breathe! It's usually just a good sunscreen, and lip balm for me then and nothing else

I oil my hair once a week at least! With the constant drying, styling and tugging, your hair needs some TLC. So once a month, I take a deep conditioning treatment, a good oil massage and might hit the spas for some serious hair rejuvenation!
Woeful teens
My mother has fabulous skin which she gracefully passed on to me. So touch wood, I have never had any serious skin issues. But there is always that occasional zit or the day when your hair has a life of its own. Over the years, I have realised that the more you fuss over your skin and hair, the fussier they get in return. So on a bad hair day I just tie it up into a ponytail to keep the hair off my face.
Naturally speaking
Fuller's earth with honey and lemon helps calm my skin! It's like a magic potion that cleanses, exfoliates, tones and moisturises!
Quick fix
What you eat always shows on your face so, eat healthy! Over the years, I have changed my diet and I focus on working out more which has transformed my skin. When you are healthy, there's a different glow to your skin, one that cannot be replicated. Other must-dos are sipping on water throughout the day to stay hydrated and a cold spoon is your best friend when it comes to those puffy eyes!
Must-have in the make-up kit Lip balm, kohl, mascara and face wipes!
